Back home, sauna isn’t a luxury it’s a way of life. I grew up with 80–90 °C heat, rolling steam (leil), and the calming rhythm of birch whisking.

After years of missing that authentic Estonian sauna experience, I decided to bring it here and build one myself. Now, through Nordic Sauna, I’m sharing this age-old tradition with Kiwis: real wood-fired heat, aromatic birch or eucalyptus whisks, and the thrill of hot–cold contrast therapy.

It’s more than a sauna it’s connection, calm, and a little slice of Estonia in your own Kiwi backyard.
