Site Guide
Everything you need to know about having our sauna on your property
1. Space & Access
Flat, level ground for the trailer (no steep driveways or soft ground).
Minimum access width: 2.5 m for towing and turning.
Clear path: no low branches, tight corners, or obstacles.
Sauna must be positioned 3 metres away from buildings, hedges, fences, or anything combustible.
2. Setup & Pack-Down Timeframe
Setup: We arrive 1 hour before your session to position the trailer, light the fire, and heat the sauna to the proper temperature.
Pack-down: After your session ends, we need approximately 1 hour to safely cool, clean, and prepare the sauna for transport off site.
3. Parking Requirements
Sauna trailer footprint: 5 m long × 2.3 m wide.
Height clearance: Minimum 3.6 m (trees, eaves, pergolas, power lines).
Adequate room for towing and positioning is required, tight driveways or sharp angles may limit placement.
4. Water Supply
A standard outdoor mains tap is required for bucket showers.
5. Fire & Safety
Sauna Master is on-site for management, setup, and safety.
No moving the trailer once it’s positioned.
Keep kids and pets away from the stove area at all times.
6. Power
No power needed for sauna operation.
7. Weather
The sauna operates in rain but severe wind or unsafe conditions may require cancellation or repositioning.
8. After the Session
We handle pack-down and cleanup.
Site must be accessible at the agreed end time.
