Vouchers must be used within this period and cannot be extended.
Bookings are subject to availability, so we recommend booking in advance.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Vouchers are valid for the experience purchased (Single Session or Private Sauna (including at your location), etc.
If a booking is cancelled or changed, our standard cancellation policy applies.
Lost or expired vouchers cannot be replaced.
