Request Gift Vouchers & Session Passes

How does it Work?

  1. Request your gift or Multi-Session Pass
    Fill out the short form and choose a experience.

  2. We send you a payment link via email
    Once payment is completed, your personalised Nordic Sauna gift voucher will be emailed to you and recipient (if requested)

  3. Digital Delivery
    Your voucher arrives as a unique code via email, ready to forward or print. Please note: Nordic Sauna provides digital vouchers only (no physical cards).

  4. Easy to redeem
    The recipient simply:

    • Books their preferred session online 

    • Enters the unique code at checkout

    The value or number of sessions will be applied automatically. If using a Multi-Session Pass, the remaining sessions will be deducted after each booking.

Gift Voucher Terms

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.

  • Vouchers must be used within this period and cannot be extended.

  • Bookings are subject to availability, so we recommend booking in advance.

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Vouchers are valid for the experience purchased (Single Session or Private Sauna (including at your location), etc.

  • If a booking is cancelled or changed, our standard cancellation policy applies.

  • Lost or expired vouchers cannot be replaced.

  • Nordic Sauna reserves the right to make reasonable changes to schedules, locations or availability if required.

Multi-Session Pass Terms

  • Valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. Expiry dates cannot be extended.

  • Valid for scheduled Nordic Sauna sessions at Hedgerows, unless otherwise stated.

  • Advance booking is required and all bookings are subject to availability.

  • Passes may be used by the purchaser or shared with others.

  • 1 session = 1 person.
    Example: If two people attend, 2 sessions will be deducted. Multiple sessions may be used in one booking.

  • Passes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Missed bookings or late cancellations may result in a session being deducted in accordance with our cancellation policy.

  • Passes exclude special events, workshops, or private bookings unless specifically stated.

  • Nordic Sauna reserves the right to make reasonable changes to schedules, locations, or availability if required.
